Your key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes using Celonis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead the deployment and integration of Celonis solutions within the organization, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with existing business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and quantify value propositions derived from process improvements, utilizing Celonis insights to drive data-driven decision-making
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of Celonis solutions, addressing any technical challenges and ensuring data integrity and security
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business process analysis, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities
• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure that Celonis solutions are tailored to meet organizational objectives

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum of 8 years in an analytical role, with a strong focus on business process analysis and improvement, preferably in a customer-facing environment
• Proven experience with Celonis process mining tools, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights
• Demonstrated experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement, deploying enhancement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users/process owners to achieve value.
• Strong background in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines. Ability to manage multiple projects across aligned accounts at various stages of the value journey, leveraging solutions from the Celonis Ecosystem
• Proficiency in Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP) and experience with RPA, BI tools, and dashboard development. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders
• Experience in driving change initiatives and training users on new tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in other Process Intelligence platforms
• Experience in Power Platform
