You will be working with cutting-edge technologies, including Python and Node.js, to build innovative, low-latency, and highly available systems that support the core of our business. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture of our solutions and driving technical excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Python and Node.js.
• Architect and build high-scale cloud-based solutions, utilizing modern cloud platforms (AWS) to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Design and implement backend services optimized for low-latency processing, high availability, and fault tolerance in mission-critical financial applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, guiding them in best practices and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, maintainable code.
• Develop and enhance Compliance and Risk management products tailored for the Fintech sector, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Take ownership of the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems. Optimize code and architecture for high throughput and minimal latency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure the team is using the best tools to solve complex problems.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in both development processes and team collaboration.

• At least 5+ years’ of experience as a Backend developer (experience with Python and Node.js)
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Experience with SQL (MySql)
• Experience with Sanic/FastApi/Django …
• Ability to work in a multi-technology environment & learn new technologies
• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS preferred) – Advantage
• Excellent English
