Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed product backlog specifications to map them into epics and user stories
Execute business and technical requirement in JIRA by writing initiatives, epics, and stories in JIRA, partnering with teams
Manage product development cycles, including planning, prioritization, and tracking progress. Facilitate sprint panning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of product features.
Advocate for a user centric approach in driving commitment for critical dependencies, identify and sequence dependencies on other products and helps remove impediments for the team
Maintain an ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys
Manage key relationships and communications with stakeholders
Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of product management or relevant experience with agile product methodology and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
Committed and self-motivation to learn and grow within the organization
Demonstrable experience working in banking, account opening, online and mobile platforms
Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Computer Science, or related or comparable field of study
