harmonized tariff classifications to Honeywell import/export shipm e nts
C ustoms brokers with HTS classification
Upload and maintain electronic import files in record retention repository for audit purposes
HTS classification maintenance of items database in SAP-GTS system
upport to HTS challenges, work with direct manager and Legal on classification rulings as required
Analyze customs tariffs & duty rates
other departments as required ( FTA, Logistics , procurement, engineering, etc.)
YOU MUST HAVE:
Demonstrated ability to correctly assign harmonized tariff codes to products
Knowledge of import/export
a strong team member, able to shift roles as required by the group dynamic
Fluent in English
in three of the following: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, power point, SAP, GTS, Oracle , Databases management
