As a
Sr. Cloud Sales Specialist - Azure Data, Apps & AIyou will be a senior solution sales leader within our Small, Medium and Corporate growth business, leading a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed quarterly Data & AI revenue and usage/consumption targets in your assigned accounts. You will be a trusted advisor and Analytics, Data & AI subject matter expert with core capability and expertise in Data Modernization, Analytics and AI.

You will work with customers to leverage data to help them achieve their business priorities and help guide customer’s journey through Analytics-led Azure Data transformation. You will help customers evaluate their applications and business requirements, recommend solutions that meet their requirements and demonstrate these solutions to win the technical decision. You will need to support customers to remove roadblocks to deployment and drive customer satisfaction. You will help our customers take advantage of our unique hybrid data platform and leading Analytics & AI solutions to realize the value of digital transformation. Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English
  • 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience working with Data solutions(Cloud-based Data Warehouse, Hadoop, Spark, Data Lake, SQL solutions required MySQL, PostreSQL, NoSQL (Mongo), and Machine Learning solutions desired.
    • Understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud platform with emphasis on Microsoft Data platform services, hybrid cloud technologies, developer tools and services and/or complementing solutions required
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and exceed quarterly Data & AI revenue targets in your assigned accounts. ​​
  • Engage in conversation with customers aligned to their industry and collaborates with account and partner team to drive and qualify new opportunities and build pipeline.
  • Identify customer business and technology readiness, proactively builds external stakeholders' mapping, implements strategies to accelerate the closing of deals, contributes input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities, coaches junior team members in deal plan execution.
  • Apply role orchestration model and navigates the Microsoft organization to bring the best impact to the customer and collaborates with Global Partner Solutions (GPS), identifies new partners, develops joint proposals and contributes to developing partner strategies.
  • Leverage and share competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal.
  • Set up events within Microsoft, mentor others and develops strategies for best practice sharing, initiates conversations with prospective customers/partners at events, acts as a subject matter expert in one or more solution area(s) and collaborates with the 'compete' SMEs internally to analyze competitor products, solutions, and/or services and implement strategies. ​
  • Drives the execution of projects, partners and collaborates with other teams on related deliverables, and leverages others in relevant work streams.
