Description
- Planning and execution of build events, including material planning, factory readiness- Work with internal and vendors to define build plan, track, communicate and escalate as appropriate- Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management- Facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management.- Drive day-to-day Engineering build activities at vendor’s factory to meet overall program objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in EE, Mechanical, RF or other technical relevant academic.
- 5+ years of Project/Program management experiences for Hardware products
- Proficient in English and Mandarin both in oral and written
- Proven experience to effectively coordinate cross-functional technical collaborations, multi-tasking management
- Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant NPI experience or engineering development experiences is a plus
- Flexible to travel to US and Asia Pacific to support engineering project
- Excellent consolidation, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, who can demonstrate creativities and critical thinking capabilities
- Able to collaborate with multi-functional team to achieve project goals
- Understand and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant changes; Be passion and creative, remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
