Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in managing projects.
Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
Experience collaborating with key stakeholders across various functions (product/program, engineering, legal, finance, etc.).
Experience implementing TaskFlow across cross-functional teams, in engineering organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience managing effective and data-driven communication with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to apply technical judgment to solve software engineering issues involving bug triage, source control, continuous integration, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.
