- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in managing projects.
- Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
- Experience collaborating with key stakeholders across various functions (product/program, engineering, legal, finance, etc.).
- Experience implementing TaskFlow across cross-functional teams, in engineering organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing effective and data-driven communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to apply technical judgment to solve software engineering issues involving bug triage, source control, continuous integration, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.
