We’re looking for an experienced Unity Developer with a proactive, AI-first mindset to build next-gen gaming features. You'll join an engineering group building complex, real-time, and high-scale systems.

• Develop a game played by millions of players worldwide on multiple platforms (Android, iOS) using cutting-edge technologies.
• Implement new client-side features, utilizing AI tools to accelerate delivery and enhance innovation.
• Tackle high scale production issues in a data driven approach, maintain and improve existing codebase.
• Optimize our game for the best performance on all supported devices.
• Integrate native plugins for 3rd party services.

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong knowledge of an OOP language (C# or equivalent) and memory management.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) into daily development workflows.
• Proactive, self-driven, with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Unity on mobile platforms, including its scripting APIs, 2D tools, UI, and animations.

Advantage:

• Experience working in a high scale data driven environment - firebase, analytics, metrics etc.
