- Experience in electricity market development, including policy, regulation, and market design.
- Experience leading national and EU-wide efforts to reform market structures.
- Experience crating and managing partnerships in the energy space with NGOs, think tanks, and other industry leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of European energy market structures, regulatory constructs, and policies.
- Ability to grow in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to approach creatively to solve multi-stakeholder issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
