Responsibilities: - Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities- Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 4+ years of relevant professional experience
4+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese or Japanese as this role requires constant communications with both internal and external stakeholders within the region.
Preferred Qualifications
Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally
Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and multiple project management methodologies
Proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
