What you'll do


Your assignments mainly include (but are not limited to):

  • Preparing and performing reporting overviews in order to help drive the business
  • Proactively drive and provide a management overview & analyses of the key business activities and opportunities working with CRM and Excel reports
  • Support on crucial demand management activities
  • Support key operational tasks in order to help the team work more effectively
  • Supporting in customer engagements like presentation preparation and partial demoing
  • Many others as this is a growing area

What you bring

You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Economics, Business Informatics or similar
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
  • Great analytical capabilities & a love for numbers; knowledge of reporting is a great plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and German is a plus)
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Besides that, you are highly self-motivated, results-oriented and get into new topics quickly
  • Knowledge or experience of SAP or similar products is a plus
  • Weekly office presence in our Walldorf office

Your role as Sustainability working student (f/m/d) will be to support the team in Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE). As a working student you will work with a team of experts across the region and partially the global organisation. You will be able to flexibly allocate your time in alignment with the Sustainability Lead.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
