The VP of People Operations is a strategic, innovative, and action-oriented leader who can continue to evolve an outstanding People Operations program and team while nurturing an inclusive and engaging culture. Reporting to the CHRO, this role ensures effective management and execution of all aspects of compensation and benefits planning, HRIS and data analytics, policy compliance and governance, payroll administration, retirement, and PEOs for our global teams. Managing a team of three, the VP of HR Operations will ensure that our HR infrastructure supports our business strategy and growth while maintaining excellence in execution.Responsibilities:Compensation and BenefitsStrategically design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that are market-competitive and meet business needs.(Where applicable) collaborate with the PEO to develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and market competitiveness, while leveraging PEO expertise for cost-effective benefits administration and compliance with relevant regulations.Oversee annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and equity planning to ensure alignment with company goals and budget.Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to inform benefit plan design and compensation levels.Ensure global and local compliance with statutory requirements for compensation and benefits programs.HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Data AnalyticsLead the development and optimization of HRIS to enhance data accuracy, reporting, and efficiency.Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to help improve HR processes and inform business decisions; develop and maintain dashboards and report HR metrics.Drive adoption of HR technology to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.Oversee system upgrades, vendor relationships, and integrations with other platforms.Policy Compliance and GovernanceEnsure compliance with local, regional, and global labor laws and regulations.Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with legal requirements and company culture.Lead internal audits and implement risk mitigation strategies for HR-related compliance issues.Team Leadership and CollaborationManage and mentor a team of three HR professionals, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.Partner with senior leaders and other key stakeholders across departments to align our People Operations strategy with business objectives.Collaborate with the broader HR team on strategic initiatives, including DEI, talent and performance, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.Other Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Finance team to oversee accurate and compliant payroll administration, ensuring seamless integration with HR systems, adherence to regulatory requirements, and alignment with compensation policies.Select, manage, and maintain a strategic partnership with the Employer of Record (EOR) to ensure seamless execution of employer-related responsibilities, including payroll, tax compliance, benefits administration, and adherence to local labor laws. Act as the primary liaison to drive alignment between the EOR and internal HR and Finance teams.About You:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is strongly desired.Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR operations, compensation, and benefits.Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Hi-Bob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Bamboo) and experience leading system implementations or optimizations.Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices and compliance requirements.Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights to stakeholders.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a global, multicultural environment.Experience partnering with third-party organizations (e.g. Professional Employer Organization (PEO, Employer of Record (EOR)) to manage various aspects of the people operations function.#LI-GC1
