Utility Computing (UC)Key job responsibilities
- Take end to end ownership of the software development life cycle: You will build and maintain solutions for the Amazon Timestream console and contribute to other components owned by the team. This includes design, testing, code reviews, and deployment.- This position involves on-call responsibilities, typically for one week every 2 months. We don’t like getting paged in the middle of the night and so we work to ensure that our systems are fault tolerant. When we do get paged, we work together to resolve the root cause and ensure issues are closed.A day in the life

- Experience (non-internship) in professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience in computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis)
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react

- Experience in agile software development methodology
