In this role, you will:

• Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business tasks to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
• Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work.
• Review and research request received and action as per established process while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
• Ensure all requests meet the 2-day service level agreement (SLA) of starting the submission of the request(s).
• Maintain, Create and update Wire Security procedures.
• Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
• Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
• Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
• Provide work direction to lessexperienced Strategyand Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of BusinessExecution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required

Job Expectations:

• Very strong verbal and written communication skill.
• Working in night shifts supporting US TEAM.
• Ability to work closely with end users in the United States.
• Eye for detail.
• Ability to articulate and clearly communicate rationale.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
