Key Responsibilities:

• Be a part of Tridium’s world class team of software engineers as we advance Tridium’s position as a market leader in open systems and software
• Participate in the design and implementation of Tridium’s next generation Niagara software technology
• Execute full lifecycle software development
• Write well designed, testable, high quality, efficient code
• Operate in an Agile development environment while collaborating with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with a globally distributed engineering team

You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a software related discipline
• 4 -6 years of experience as a professional software engineer
• 4 Years of Test Automation and Java development experience

We value the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / master’s degree in a related field
• Experience with Test Automation and Agile software development methodologies.
• Python, Robot Framework, Selenium, Performance Testing, Integration Testing, AI test case generation.
• Core Java & Java Fundamentals (Core Java 8/21, Multi-Threading, concurrency, Collections, Design Patterns/Principles, Data Structures, RDBMS, Junit/TestNG, Maven & Gradle, GitHub.)
• Experience in RESTful webservices and Design patterns and problem-solving skills.
• BMS Domain & knowledge of OPCUA, BACnet, SNMP, MQTT, MODBUS drivers. Prior experience of Niagara will be plus.
• · Experience in Java application development, Strong Design and Architecture fundamentals a must-have.
• · SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL Database is preferable, Good to have knowledge on Orion Database.
• · Good to have knowledge on Java 8 or Higher versions.
• · Experience with Test Driven Design.
• · Experience in a multithreading technical environment and understanding of asynchronous programming techniques.
• · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems.
