＜職務内容＞

• MIProductの販売活動、および、サービスについてのAwarenessを維持すること
• 製品トレーニングを効果的に実施する。
• 使用経験・評価事例の構築（社内関連部署との協働含む）および顧客主導の研究へのサポートを通じ自社製品の市場評価の向上を図る。製品・技術紹介等プレゼンテーションを行うことにより製品の販促に寄与する。
• 社内関連部署のメンバーと連携し、ジョブミーティングへのインプット、製品導入後のフォローアップやコール対応、CS問題の解決支援、ユーザーミーティング等を通じて既存顧客リテンション・関連病院等を含む新規顧客獲得、顧客満足向上に貢献する。
• 主担当するモダリティに関わるMK、営業技術やアプリケーションメンバーの技術・臨床専門性の強化に寄与するよう努める。
