Your Impact

This job is for a project manager/program manager in the Cisco CX Professional Service (PS) department. You will provide high-value paid services to customers throughout the lifecycle of their infrastructure, from upstream processes to operation. Role responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • You will work on projects such as the renovation of ground breaking IT infrastructure.
  • Establish relationships with customers as the face of the team.
  • Collaborate with experts in various fields both internal and external for personal growth.
  • Your clients will be large-scale organizations who require the deployment of Cisco products and integration with other products, such as those in the public, enterprise, and service provider sectors.
  • Work with key customer partners at the executive level to ensure we are delivering value and true business outcomes for them.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS in Business or technical field with 5+ years of project management experience in complex projects.
  • 3-5 years of either program management or service delivery experience supporting complex programs or portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and experience with JIRA.
  • Possess job relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, ITIL, TOGAF, AWS, etc.and/or any technical certifications (CCIE, CCNA, etc..)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles for large public sector and enterprise (requirements definition, procurement support, upstream consulting, etc.) handling Projects in a multi-architecture, multi-vendor environment.
  • Bilingual, Canadian French fluency
  • Ability to work in different Canadian Time Zones (support customers on the west coast, approximately 3 hours difference in time zone).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and empathize with customer challenges and communicate from the customer's perspective
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners to control projects in terms of delivery, budget, and quality
  • Experience in infrastructure renovation projects such as cloud migration.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
