- Manage key accounts with CRM strategy to negotiate, plan and execute base management projects. Partner closely with account executives to identify CRM opportunities and implement strategy to support account plan and forecast.- In partnership with the marketing team, manage marketing budget and plan advertising campaigns and approval of creatives.- Create business briefs for marketing team to translate requirements into creative partner campaigns.- Develop and implement base management programs taking advantage of partner’s CRM tools and capabilities. - Build insights and optimize partner campaigns to improve results, focusing on customer experience data and campaign results.
