Senior IT Architect- ServiceNow

Your role:

• Responsible for solution design consistent with the EA principles, executed in line with the standards, rules, and guidelines

• Analyze business requirements to guide solution design for the Domain

• Responsible for identifying and driving scrum teams to deliver Non-Functional requirements.

• Provide advice to stakeholders and ensure solution design is aligned and supported by respective stakeholders (BPO/BPE/SME/Product Owner)

• Recognize conflicts in the detailed solution design and take countermeasures to resolve those

• Establishes strong interactions with DevSecOps teams to ensure solutions are built as designed Solution Architect

• Responsible for managing solution architecture risk in the Scrum Team

• Defines and updates the back-to-standard plan in alignment with the Platform Architect

• Supports cross-platform end-to-end design as part of the Architecture community

• Supports technology selection and proof of concepts

• Provides Enterprise Architecture guidance to IT Architects

• Executes Business Capability Analysis, understanding Philips’ and b/m/f strategic direction

• Executes activities in Enterprise Architecture Roadmap Management, including updating roadmaps, communicating to stakeholders, and maintaining the EA Framework

• Responsible for managing Enterprise Architecture risk

• Supports Enterprise Architecture communication

• Support enterprise-wide architecture across Product and Enterprise IT

• Supports in developing architecture solutions, executed in line with the standards, rules, and according to Enterprise Architecture Guidance

• Executes the solution selection based on the defined F&VP process and business requirements.

• Create solutions and designs working across the Platform.

• Responsible for the quality of the deliverables in the Platform.

• Supports activities related to Platform Roadmap Management, including operational alignment analysis, updating business blueprints & roadmaps

• Responsible for managing architecture risk in the Platform

• Responsible for Platform solution design and defining transition architecture for legacy decommissioning.

• Responsible for collaborating with other architects in cross-platform architecture design

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech with 10+ years of related industry experience

• Has experience in IT Architecture and business process management

• In-depth experience in working on ServiceNow

• Business Process knowledge of the respective area

• Strong IT Solution Design & Engineering

• Strong digital expertise

• Analytical, communication, and influential skills

• Consulting Skills

• Awareness of emerging technologies
