Reporting to the

- Quality support from NPI to MP whole production life cycle. (对产品从NPI到量产的品质管控负责)
- For MP production: （量产部分）
- Quality management from process to customer. （针对生产制程做品质管控，并对客户负责）
- Drives end to end process yield improvement. （推动整个生产制程的品质改善）
- Customer complaint follow up and leading continue improvement.（客户投诉处理）
- Analyzes reports for field returned products and recommends correctiveaction.（市场退货的分析及对策追踪）
- For NPI project: （试产阶段）
- Develop and define the standard, inspection method during NPI.（研究定义产品标准，以及相应检验检查方法）
- Assist QA manager in improve quality management level and customer
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Other Related Flied engineering. （电子，机构或相关专业学士学位）
- Good English listening & speaking （英语正常听说）
- Well communication with foreign customer（跟客户良好的沟通能力）
- Quality data analysis & report preparation. （数据分析及报告能力）
- Charger/adapter experience is preferred. （电源经验优先）
