Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS or Unity).
3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Ability to speak and write in English and Urdu fluently to communicate in this customer-facing role
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Software Development Kit (SDK) Plugin Development.
Experience with Mobile App Analytics (Firebase) and Data Analysis.
Experience in AdTech Space (Ad Business Generation, User Acquisition, ROAS, LTV).
Ability to troubleshoot implementation issues and surface potential root causes of bugs.
Ability to interact with external customers to understand needs and position products and also collaborate with engineers and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (and vice versa).
Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaging priorities while working separately to drive projects to completion.
