Responsibilities:- Lead strategic modelling and simulation projects related to Digital Twin, optimization, integrate machine learning into simulation models etc. to drive process design decisions
- Be an exemplary practitioner in simulation data science discipline to establish best practices and simplify problems to develop discrete event simulations faster with higher standards- Deliver artifacts that set the standard in the organization for excellence, from process flow control algorithm design to validation to implementations to technical documents using simulations
- Lead and actively participate in reviews of simulation data science solutions. You bring clarity to complexity, probe assumptions, illuminate pitfalls, and foster shared understanding within simulation data science discipline- Use advanced statistical /simulation tools and develop codes (python or another object oriented language) for data analysis , simulation, and modeling algorithms- Deliver results according to project schedules and quality

- 5+ years of quantitative field research experience
- Experience communicating qualitative research methods and findings to non-qualitative researchers
- Master's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field

- Experience with discrete and continuous optimization methodologies and algorithms
- Experience investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to business problems and products
