The Manager Newsroom & Digital Membership EE role is responsible for leadingagenda across Zone East and to execute PR&influencers strategy helping position the brand across sport&lifestyle environment. This person will be fully responsible for all Newsroom initiatives such as brand stories calendar management, partner portfolio planning and PR activations for local initiatives. The role would work in a fast-paced and highly strategic environment with many opportunities to develop and to gain exposure within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
: Key position in Zone East organization to drive membership: Analyzing of existing membership drivers, creating new innovative drivers and taking accountability for driving transparency, decision making and accountability across initiatives to deliver against targets for East (focus Poland). Key interaction function for EU brand membership team & lead for East Newsroom.
- Support & coordinate the brand calendar of key stories by creating excel templates, editing & inputting assigned stories.
- Support in coordination of yearly athlete partner publishing plan through template creation, collaboration with the Sports Marketing & Brand teams and assigning campaigns to relevant partners.
- Support in content creation for athletes through collaboration with external agency.
- Filling in reports, excels & submitting them to the EU Newsroom team.
- Planning and executing brand campaigns in collaboration with external agency to develop PR strategy, influencer cooperation & content creation.
- Develop PR strategy & influencer activation for membership activations.
- Create locally adapted press releases & influencer publishing guidelines for membership activations.
- Identifying opportunities for local activations to boost membership through collaboration with Brand Communications, Retail & Sports Marketing teams.
- Attend monthly calls with EU and provide local input.
- Analyzing of existing membership drivers, profound understanding of membership data base
- Oversee implementation of KPI's across engagement and monetization that would be tracked to understand the efficacy of campaigns and the program in general.
- Support in project management for cross-functional initiatives incl. deliverables, milestones, progress monitoring. Drive for results and monitor progress in achieving goals.
