Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Fluency in English and Japanese, in order to make creative judgments on Japanese copies etc.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to use data and analysis to make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
