As an HBS Senior Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing and expanding our portfolio of established customer accounts. Your focus will be on renewing and converting maintenance contracts to our 'Connected' solution, while also cross-selling a diverse range of building solutions to enhance our market share.
In this role, you'll specialize in key built environment systems such as BMS, Fire, Security, and Access, with a strong emphasis on leading Integrated, SaaS, and IoT propositions. We're seeking a self-motivated individual with a clear market penetration strategy and the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients and stakeholders
- Engaging with portfolios, customers, and opportunities to achieve targets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with multiple functions across the HBS organization to deliver high-quality customer propositions
Qualifications:
- Clear and measurable sales background demonstrating a results-driven mindset
- Strong emotional intelligence for building lasting client relationships
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with active listening abilities
- Deep understanding of building services within the built environment, preferably with knowledge of SaaS and IoT-led solutions
- Excellent reporting and internal communication skills with accurate sales forecasting abilities
