Job Description

So, what will you will be responsible for?

Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

• Develop and implement procedures, work instructions and maintenance routines
• Learn how to ensure the right people, processes and systems are in place
• Learn how to provide direction; receive direction and offer guidance & support to your team

• Work with process improvement and subject matter expertise in a face paced production environment
• Help facilitate EHS Risk Assessments, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Compliance Risk Assessments )
• Develop corrective actions & preventative actions by implementing Root Cause Analysis techniques and learn how to minimise downtime on all production equipment

The ideal person will have/be:

• a student in an Engineering or Science discipline with an appetite to learn and develop
• An ability to receive instruction, coaching and proactively get involved with a multi-discipline engineering team looking after precision equipment in a GMP regulated environment
• Some knowledge of the biopharmaceutical/manufacturing industry
