MN RAN R&D Programs Unit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage the successful execution of key product programs, specifically focused on RF, Baseband, and Cloud technologies within RAN. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating end-to-end feature planning, ensuring product program quality, managing execution follow-up, and maintaining OPEX boundaries. This role is vital for driving program success by focusing on quality, risk management, corrective actions, and meeting schedule commitments.

• Program Planning and Execution: Oversee the overall planning, execution, and delivery of RAN product programs (RF, Baseband, and Cloud). Manage change requests, risk mitigation, and resolution of product issues to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining program quality.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the Product Program Manager for key stakeholders across R&D, Business Units (BUs), and Deployment Units (DUs), ensuring alignment on product development timelines and resource allocation.
• Program Status and Reporting: Provide regular program status updates to governance bodies and track performance through tools and dashboards (e.g., MN Fusion JIRA). Ensure transparency of progress, issues, and corrective actions.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks across RF, Baseband, and Cloud product programs. Lead conflict resolution, focusing on product-related issues, and ensure full engagement from impacted teams to maintain delivery schedules.
• Quality Assurance and KPI Management: Drive quality metrics and KPIs for product programs, ensuring compliance with quality targets and program-level VZ. Perform deep dives into quality KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Product Verification and Pilot Support: Oversee product verification activities, ensuring that each product meets design specifications and quality standards. Provide support for pilots and trials to ensure successful deployment.
• Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement: Lead post-program reviews, capturing lessons learned, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across product programs to optimize future program delivery.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure all programs adhere to the latest ways of working (WoW) and methods of operation (MoO), as well as relevant internal and external governance standards.
  

• Proven Program Management Expertise: Extensive experience in managing product programs, particularly in the areas of RF, Baseband, and Cloud technologies. A track record of successfully driving programs to meet quality, scope, and schedule targets.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to make informed decisions, manage resources effectively, and resolve complex challenges while maintaining program timelines.
• Adaptability and Resilience: Thrives in dynamic and high-pressure environments, handling change and uncertainty with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborative and Effective Communicator: Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of program management tools (e.g., MN Fusion JIRA), as well as key performance metrics and quality management systems.
• Cross-Functional Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects, ideally in a technical environment involving R&D, product development, and product deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading product programs within the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, program lifecycle management, and product development methodologies.
• Experience in working with global, cross-functional teams in complex, high-technology environments.
