Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role.
Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing, or consulting.
Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques including effective questioning, objection handling, and promoting.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Austria and Switzerland, and consistently achieve goals to drive growth.
