EY Senior Financial Auditor - Nearshore

EY is looking for Senior Auditors to join our Jordan Nearshore office and help our clients meet their requirements by accurately reporting on financial statements and providing meaningful insights into accounting and reporting matters. This practice supports audit engagements across the MENA region both remotely and through travel to MENA offices.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of the Audit team, you'll make a technical contribution to audit engagements and internal projects. You'll actively establish internal and external relationships and identify and escalate potential business opportunities for EY on existing engagements. With a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks, you'll escalate issues as appropriate. You'll confirm that the work delivered to clients is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Strong academic record, including a degree or professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA).
• At least three years of professional experience in external audit.
• Track record with a leading international audit firm.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Proficiency in the Arabic language
