Job responsibilities
- Manage Regulatory Reporting Suite - Oversee the application suite that encompasses data sourcing, calculations, and last-mile reporting capabilities tailored for local jurisdictions. This includes managing key vendor applications from global providers such as OFSAA, Axiom, Resoft, and other regulatory products.
- Collaborate Globally - Work closely with global counterparts to ensure alignment with global architecture standards while implementing solutions that meet local requirements.
- Lead Team - Lead a highly motivated team of technologists, fostering an environment of high standards in design, analytics, development, coding, testing, and vendor software integration. Your leadership will inspire the team to meet and exceed both business and functional requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Deep understanding and passion for Agile processes and automated tools, including requirements/issue management, defect tracking, source control, build automation, test automation, and release management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, LEAN, and Kanban.
- Proficiency in technology stack like Apache Kafka, Python/PySpark, PLSQL, Jules, Github, etc.
- Hands-on experience in setting up CI/CD for both in-house developed code and vendor packages.
- Experience in integrating on-premises applications with public cloud applications or onboarding applications to the public cloud.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- AWS, Google, or Azure certification is preferred.
