Your role:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develops comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client requirements and organizational goals; Coordinates resources, tasks, and activities to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards; Monitors project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serves as the primary point of contact for internal clients, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle; Collaborates with clients to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business needs; Proactively addresses client concerns and inquiries, providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication channels.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Leads cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals; Fosters a collaborative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement; Facilitates agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive iterative development and adaptation.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Implements robust quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed Philips quality standards and industry standards; Identifies project risks and dependencies, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed; Conducts regular project reviews and post-mortems to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and drive process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Engages with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, sponsors, and project teams, to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities; Communicates project status, key milestones, and issues through clear and concise reports, presentations, and meetings; Solicits feedback from stakeholders to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have experience developing/activating commercial service offers using gated design controls methods, Agile practices, and have acquired 7+ years in project or program management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Your skills include PMP certification, Agile certification, required with in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with practical experience implementing agile practices in project environments.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics, engineering, health sciences, or related field required; Master's degree in business related domain preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and technical concepts to non-technical audiences; ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to flex daily work schedule to work with globally distributed teams: and strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $114,400 to $196,000.
