Able to manage and line up large technical team to serve IBM clients, to ensure clients will successfully use IBM technologies to achieve their business goals.
Drive team’s signing and revenue by leading IBM resources and suppliers in end-to-end project delivery
Collaborate cross teams to lead Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Proof of Concept (PoC) tests, Solution Demonstration to facilitate deal progression
Able to manage HK business to ensure revenue and signing forecast are up to date and accurate.
Support services pre-sales initiatives by communicating with decision maker from client and using their business languages to build trusted relationship
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 8 years experiences in IT industry, esp. with good project management skills to lead team to execute large, complex projects in which oversea, business partner resources will be used.
Strong skills to communicate with senior customers to gain customer trust and maintain long time relationship, is able to leverage the relationship with senior customer to ensure smooth communication between customer and IBM project team.
Understand IBM software portfolio, is able to quickly understand customer IT system problems, and identify right resources to maintain customer production system availability
Excellent client-facing communications and requirement negotiation skills
Excellent selling skills to support sales team smoothly renew services contract.
