- Hands on experience leading engineering teams developing machine learning technologies and systems. Detailed understanding of building, evaluating and release management processes for ML systems.
- Experience developing/training/fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), large computer vision models, or generative AI models.
- Excellent strategic visioning, planning, prioritization, and organization skills.
- Track record of leading complex engineering projects.
- Ability to establish strong partnerships and manage complex cross-functional relationships.
- Experience developing robust scalable system for international language, also highly desirable.
- PhD or MSc in Language Technologies, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
