Key Responsibilities:

Facilitates the Agile process and ensures that all scrum cadences occur and are productive – daily scrum meetings, planning sessions, etc.

Technical Expertise:

Working experience of 12 years with at least 4+ years of work experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach of distributed Agile team in tech domain preferred

Experience in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (Scrum at Scale, SAFe) with a deep understanding of Agile values and principles

Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments

Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values (lean and product management a plus); working experience (2+ years)

Good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement

Scrum Master and Agile Certifications preferred

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Skills & Qualifications:

Required - PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification

Preferred - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification

7-12 years of experience in Project Management, active Scrum Master experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies

Strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint and Release planning

Understanding of and experience with Software Development Life Cycles; must have a solid background utilizing an Agile approach to software development.

Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills and proven ability to work with diverse personality types.

Effective oral, written, and presentation skills are required

Ability to gain credibility to influence decision makers and influencers (influence within and across boundaries) without direct authority.

Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
