• Academic and/or internship programming experience in one or more languages such as C#, C/C++, Java, Python
• Good computer science fundamentals and understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming and software design patterns
• Effective communication and team interaction skills
• Creative problem-solver who is motivated to learn independently
• Interest in and ability to learn software technology and KLA domain knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Having familiarity or experience with some of the following is useful:

• Microservices and Full stack software development
• .NET core, Angular, Kubernetes, Postgres, MongoDB
• Computer networks and protocols
• Building, maintaining, or repairing scientific instruments or other mechanical, electrical, and/or optical systems
