Processes and follows-up on futures orders and daily orders
Ensures orders are properly authorized before processing
Process order transfer for customers, make sure all the orders can ship out and meet customers request delivery date.
Provides order tracking and delivery updates to customers
Coordinates and communicates with account managers and customers on issues related to orders, payment and delivery of goods
Processes take back projects of customers
Processes return orders from customers
Handles the delivery shortage claim
Follows the inspection case by government authorities and other inspection depts.
Communicates marketing information such as campaign info, customer specific info, POS specific information or posting arrangement information to customers
Trains customers to maximize the use of adiPortal, and is first line of support for adiPortal related issues
Files all customer documents including sales contract, pre-order and prop -order confirmation
Cleans up customer backlogs for orders

Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access
Fluency in both oral and written English

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
College diploma or higher
3–5years of order processing, sales administration or customer service experience
