Manage and maintain integrity of all Workplaces annual costs/budgeting and dynamic forecasting processes for Operational Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX)
Accountable for quarterly/annual Workplaces financial forecasts and budgeting activities ensuring Data Accuracy in collabroration with all Workplaces Teams according to Financial Planning Calendar and in close collaboration with Finance/Controlling
Responsible for cascading information from Finance Controlling to the Workplaces team
Partner with key stakeholders across all regions and gover consistent commercial management procedures, standards and policies for all Workplaces managed adidas locations
Develop and foster effective working relationship with stakeholders within Workplaces, HR, Controlling, Non Trade Procurement and all other key partners
Provide Commercial Management Support for Workplaces Global Functions incl. Year End Activities
Support strategic financial projects and initiatives within Workplaces
Support Total Cost of Ownership activities

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
Exposure to Corporate Real Estate, Finance, and/or Project Management
