Role involvescollaborationwith the lead analyst to create timely, thematic, and transactional equity research, working from idea generation through to finished research product
Will involve you managing company financial models including forecasts, developing key assumptions in earnings estimates in collaboration with the lead analyst
Will see you engaging yourself with management of coverage companies and investor relation teams, in conjunction with the lead analyst
Will work with our team members in APAC, Europe, and U.S. to create cross-regional and cross-industry collaboration research report
Will see you initiatecoverage ofcompanies under Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sectors.

Preferred Background
Excellent academic record with an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
3‐5 years’ relevant financial analysis experience; for a candidate looking to step up into a more responsible and empowered role
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player to meet tight deadlines to consistently high standards, attention to detail, with a high level of initiative, ownership, and motivation
Strong communication skills; written, oral, and numeric.
Fluency in Japanese is required for the role, fluency in English is advantageous.
Excel spreadsheet VBA skills and generative AI knowledge are preferred.
