Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
    
• 5+ years of experience/knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise computing, database products
• 5+ years experience in technical leadership in driving engineering roadmaps, leading v-teams, mentoring and helping others grow technically.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • OR related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript,
  • OR Python
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience in software development and building world class solutions.
• Outstanding technical problem solving and debugging skills
• Passion for quality with experience designing and implementing automated tests, including unit tests and integration tests
• Effective communication skills, Both written and verbal communications skills (to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels)
• Exposure to cloud technology stacks from Microsoft, Amazon, or Google
