Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP SAC Planning Manager, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their planning and forecasting needs and leveraging SAC's capabilities to meet those requirements.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of SAC planning models, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Configure and customize SAC planning functionalities to align with business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their planning needs and translate them into effective SAC solutions.
• Integrate SAC planning with SAP and non-SAP data sources to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAC planning capabilities and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAC planning solutions, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure data quality, security, and governance within SAC planning solutions.
• Stay current with the latest SAC features and updates, evaluating their impact on existing planning processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall business intelligence and corporate performance management capabilities.

Experience:

• 8-11 years of relevant experience in SAC Planning
• Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with integrating SAC with various data sources, including SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other ERP systems.
• Proven track record of successful SAC planning implementations.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
• Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SAC planning features, including value driver trees, advanced formulas, and allocations.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining planning models, data actions, and predictive scenarios within SAC.
• Ability to create compelling visualizations and interactive reports.
• Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
• Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education:

• Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
• Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud: Planning (preferred).
• Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
