PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Deliver FO &online events individual and monthly products assortment. Analyze daily and historical sell-through data to deliver the best store assortment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Buying Planning

  • Planseasonal &monthly assortment perofflineFO storesand onlineDouyin Daily sales & Megaevents.
  • Planand manageproduct launchflowaccording toChannels demandand store stock status.
  • Plan with logistics department shipment & delivery on schedule.
  • Analyse daily and historical sell-through data to deliver the best assortment per store.

Buying Execution

  • Planningteam assortment needs per month.
  • Study market trend and industrial top sellers, work with Channels and BU on CCSnew creation to bring a more efficient and competitive assortment range.
  • Analyse daily sell-through and adjust assortments and deliveries to ST results.
  • Actively participates toDTC channelsKPI’s delivery.
  • Manage with DPand SCM/Sourcingon SNP FC phasing and order placement.
  • Manage with Logistics team on-time delivery of all assortments in accordance with store sell-in and sell-through targets, provide promotion and discount.

Post-Season Review:

  • Provide analysis and documentation for post-season review.
  • Provide seasonal deep dive analysisfor offlineFO storesand onlineDouyin Daily sales & Megaevents.
  • Partner with X-function team to develop action steps for next season.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

OMB Planning, OMB IST, BU, Retail & ECOM Operations team, DP, SCM, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Solid products and merchandising knowledge
  • Be passionate about buying and able to work under intense timeline
  • Good understanding of retail business.
  • Good(written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams, cultivate relationships;
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Learning and self-development
  • Results oriented

REQUISITE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILL

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree required, with solid years in consumer industry with at least 3-5 yearsin merchandising / buying function
  • Prefer good Excel skills and ability to develop useful models/tools
  • Prefer good presentation and PPT skills
