Required/minimum qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization

• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Proven Excel and modeling skills
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and uncertainty in a business that evolves at fast pace
• Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritize as needed

• Synthesize and communicate analyses and reporting; provide insight to leaders

• Maintain the CPI Revenue rhythms for the finance team by closely partnering with the Microsoft Central Finance teams, our Cloud+AI,Modern Work and Securityand BizApps Revenue team and other v-team members. You'll guide them through our various processes by creating clarity on deliverable expectations, frameworks and workback plans.
• Manage our communication rhythm and content to Microsoft’s CFO and finance leadership on risks and opportunities within the engineering CPI Revenue portfolio.
• Drive development and consolidation of the CPI Revenue. You’ll partner with finance contacts and own the process for continual update and improvements.
