Key requirements

• Responsible for Master Production Schedule Management (MPS) based on demand plan for the assigned SME production site in Spain, South Africa, potentially in Australia. Responsible for monitoring of Master Production Schedule attainment. Manages SIOP Supply planning – Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) for next 12-18 months
• Communicates with Customer Service, collaborates with the technical department (Product Management Engineering) by the new product implementation
• Manages the Planning Bill of Material (PBOM) and the Master data management. Manages the Lead Time Management & Inventory Management – entitlement management, safety stocks, responsible for pull in mechanism/prioritization
• Responsible for sales order scheduling and re-scheduling. Communicates with schedulers in production to keep updated capacities and constraints
• Responsible for the transition planning – design optimization, manufacturing process, product manufacturing while maintaining quality and reliability. Responsible for reporting of planning KPI's (MPS attainment, CMPS, Deliveries)

Key skills and qualifications

• Secondary education or University Degree in technical fields, logistics, economics and management
• Knowledge of Planning Systems and Methodologies
• Experience as a production planer or proven experiences in production planning is an advantage
• Fluent English is a must , Spanish language is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills , ability to prioritize problem solving
