Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and dynamic sessions with business units to map processes and identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Graphically represent current and future operational flows with a focus on efficiency, automation, and AI integration.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for applying Generative AI, Classical AI, or traditional automation.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define strategic and technical approaches for identified problems.
- Plan, write, test, and optimise prompts in Generative AI projects.
- Iterate with business stakeholders to validate outputs and ensure the quality, context, and applicability of solutions.
- Measure the performance of AI responses and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
- Document decisions, tests, experiments, and learnings in a structured and reproducible manner.
- Prepare executive presentations, feasibility analysis reports, and solution briefs for development teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions align with strategic business objectives and support the prioritisation of initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- Apply best practices for versioning, measurement, and reproducibility in Generative AI workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Completed higher education in Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices, with a strong understanding of Generative AI and classic machine learning techniques.
- Practical experience in Generative AI projects, including prompt engineering, prompt construction, optimisation, and building document-based AI systems.
- Proven experience in designing and optimising business processes.
- Ability to translate business problems and requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro, Bizagi).
- Ability to conduct iterative cycles of interviews, experimentation, and validation with non-technical areas.
- Systemic vision and the ability to question, diagnose, propose solutions, and proactively drive change.
- A strong ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and knowledge of other languages such as JS, R, etc..
- Proven experience in developing AI solutions and leading technical projects.
- Interest and basic knowledge in robotics are valued
- Experience with Generative AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or open-source models).
- Knowledge of relational and vector databases.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools.
- Familiarity with versioning tools and good practices for reproducible engineering.
- Experience with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary squads.
- Previous experience in innovation, digital transformation, or consulting contexts will be a plus
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to operate effectively in global environments.
- Experience with testing frameworks applied to Generative AI.
- Familiarity with process mapping frameworks like BPMN.
