Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure PMview forecast information is aligned with our quality standards (Participation in Operational meetings).
• Monitor financial data and address potential risks/upsides when they arise to keep profitability (Identify and report Potential drops and Secure Orders and Sales alignment).
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance, maximizing the efficiency of all business procedures. (Perform Sanity Check on weekly forecasting)
• Maintain regular interactions with the Delivery Plan organization to ensure material demand meets our business needs (Meetings with DP leaders)
• Prepare financial reports in support of monthly/quarterly business review meetings with senior management (Create Landing Point reporting)
• Tracking operational results, performing analysis, and monitoring KPIs (Make Backlog vs Bookship reporting)

For this role, it is mandatory to have experience in business analysis and a solid understanding of the telecommunications market, you must be versatile enough to support multiple initiatives and departments, handle on-demand requests, and possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration, with large experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in financial concepts such as revenue, cost, and margin; forecasting practices, and actual reporting validation.
• Understanding of accountability principles, including revenue recognition, cost provision, and deferral postings.
• Strong communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• High expertise in data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Power BI, with the ability to automate reports and processes.
• Adaptability, organizational awareness, and open communication.
• Advanced English skills and good communication in Spanish.
