WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will sit on the México Integrated Fulfillment Leadership team & report to the México IFP Sr Manager, who oversees the E2E planning of the Nike Supply Chain.

You will work with our Supply Chain, DSM, and Commercial Teams, connecting and aligning Bookings, Supply planning, Seasonal Politics and Guidelines.

We are looking for a Manager to join our IFP Team in México. The candidate needs to have Good Decision Making, Strategic thinking, goal achievements focus, leadership skills, logic process, very analytical and communicative

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Informatic, Administration, Commerce or similar.
• More than 8 years of experience in Supply Chain environment, with primary focus in Planning and Supply Chain. (Required)
• High performance in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. (Required)
• Management and Team leader Skills.
• Advance knowledge of ERPs(SAP), data analytics and data management.
• English 70%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

If this is you, You will be working with our Supply Chain, Finance, DSM and Commercial Teams, rolling a cross functional alignment to align our Demand, Supply and Iniciatives; in order to serve our consumer.

A typical week in Seasonal Readiness, You will lead the Seasonal Strategy since the biggening in order to use execution experience to influence future seasons, analyzing and aligning our Demand in order to improve our KPIs each SSN. Keeping a health and clean Order Book (Cxl and Clean Up), Managing Initiatives execution. All this keeping in mind our target and guidelines.
