What you'll do

As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, you perform the following tasks:

• Deliver innovative S/4HANA cloud services – Deliver agile, outcome-driven solutions to digitally transform our customers with a special focus on service management.
• Implementation methodologies – Leverage proven SAP best practice methodologies to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Workshops and process design – Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and develop tailored business processes as part of the SAP Activate implementation methodology.
• Change management support – You actively accompany and support our customers in the change management process during the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Collaborate across teams – Work closely with the sales, pre-sales, solution management, service, and support teams within the SAP organization to deliver the greatest value to our customers.
• Knowledge management and transfer – Continuously expand your expertise in a specific S/4HANA Public Cloud area and drive knowledge transfer within the team.
• Collaboration with Product management – close collaboration with service management product organization to support the continuous development of the solution and constantly roll-in feedback and requirements from the market.

What you bring

• Academic background – Successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics, (economics) engineering or (economics) computer science.
• Work Experience – Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a consultative function in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, preferrable in the LoB Service Management and related fields.
• Industry Expertise – S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and corresponding project experience is an advantage. Strong industry knowledge in services processes such as field and in-house services, refurbishment, maintenance, or material management for technicians is preferred.
• Analytical skills – Strong analytical, structured, and creative mindset to solve complex customer requests.
• Motivation and willingness to learn – High self-motivation, willingness to perform and the willingness to develop existing skills, familiarize themselves with new topics and assume professional responsibility.
• Strength of communication – Sovereign appearance, excellent communication skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form. German language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
