In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs

Product Owner – C360 and Contact Manager
Role Scope: Work with onshore Product Manager (PM) and assisting PM to develop and support C360 and Contact Manager shared services
Ability to stich data together
SQL Skills, Teradata Skills, Oracle Skills
Ability to explain what happened, what was done to fix the issue, and what steps are being taken to assure the issue does not happen in the future
Ability to do some initial analysis and then be able to work with the various teams to move the issue from discovery to completed
Experience performing Business Analysis, defining Requirements (writing epics and user stories), agile development (acted as a product manager or product owner), Testing (SIT and UAT), production rollout support (planning and deployment validation), Change enablement.
Ability to take PowerPoint slides and create working visual solutions in our UI apps(Microsoft Canvas & Microsoft Model Driven apps)
JIRA skills
Ability to write stories but most importantly someone who is able to enhance stories based on conversation with India tech teams work with tech teams on story completion
Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, and other complex data analysis to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards
Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data
Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews
Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects,or serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors

Job Expectations:
5+ years of developing Tableau and Power BI dashboards
5+ years of hands on experience with Data analysis (SQL, Excel), Data Quality Management, Data Conformance.
Hands on experience with CRM products (Microsoft and Salesforce), Microsoft technology stack (power apps, power BI, Azure data stack), Reporting and Analytics (Tableau and Power BI)
