What you'll do...

This role involves supporting stores and clubs during the day, with shifts varying between Sunday through Wednesday (10 hours per day) or Wednesday through Sunday (10 hours per day). You will utilize various monitoring and alerting dashboards to help improve the company's overall Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR).

What you'll do:

• Lead issues that arise overnight that stores and clubs submit tickets for
• Troubleshoot networking issues.
• Become familiar with WCNP (Walmart Cloud Native Flatform).

What you'll bring:

• Knowledge and skills used in Linux(Red Hat etc.).
• Knowledge and basic skill set of cloud computing.
• Ability to work cross functionally with other teams to help drive MTTR.
• Exposure to Tableau, PowerBI
• Knowledge of SQL (preferred)

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
