BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or 5 years equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or equivalent experience
• Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with cross-discipline and cross-team collaboration
• Excellent technical communication skills
• 3+ years of software development: automation-related experience valued. Scripting languages such as bash, python, and PowerShell, or compiled languages such as C, C# and Go are most relevant, but others are acceptable
• wareness of, and ability to reason about, modern software & systems architectures, including load-balancing, queueing, caching, distributed systems failure modes generally, microservices, AI and large-scale data sets
• Actively acquires new knowledge and adjusts to emerging trends, technologies, and design patterns to enhance product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
